BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

Section 1:

The ordinance passed by the City Council of the City of Chicago for HINES INTEREST LIMITED PARTNERSHIP on 10/16/2013, and printed upon page 62104 of the Journal of Proceedings of the City of Chicago is here by Amended by deleting the words "HINES INTEREST LIMITED PARTNERSHIP" and inserting in their place the words "SOF - Dearborn, LP"

Section 2:

This ordinance Amendment shall be in effect upon its passage.
