CONGRATULATIONS EXTENDED TO ELENIMCGRATH AND JOE CZECH ON BIRTH OF THEIR SON, SCOTT EDWARD.
WHEREAS, Parents Eleni McGrath and Joe Czech welcomed their new baby boy into the world on Thursday, December 28, 2017, 1:17 p.m.; and
WHEREAS, On that date, Scott Edward made his first appearance weighing three pounds, six ounces and stretching the tape to sixteen inches; and
WHEREAS, The joy of Scott's arrival spread to the family's many dear friends and loving relatives; now, therefore,
Be It Resolved, That we, the Mayor and members of the City Council of the City of Chicago, gathered here this seventeenth day of January, 2018, do hereby extend our heartiest congratulations to Eleni McGrath and Joe Czech and proudly welcome their son, Scott Edward, into the world where we are confident he will grow and prosper and, following in her parent's footsteps, make many significant contributions to the world; and
