AMENDMENT TO A NO PARKING LOADING ZONE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. That an ordinance heretofore passed by the City Council on September 29, 1999, printed on page 12298 of the Journal of Proceedings of said date, established a No Parking Loading Zone on a portion of a designated street, be and the same is hereby amended by striking the following:

"North Lincoln Avenue (east side) from a point 329 feet south of West Diversey Avenue, to a point 40 feet south thereof ~ 12:00 P.M. to 2:00 A.M."

and inserting in lieu thereof:

"North Lincoln Avenue (east side) from a point 329 feet south of West Diversey Avenue, to a point 20 feet south thereof - 9:00 A.M. to 2:00 A.M."
