CITY COUNCIL MEETING October 3, 2012

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL O THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

Section 1:     Pursuant to action 10-20-430 of the Municipal Code of Chicago Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt Brokers 26^th Street LLC, at 3450 W. 26^lh Street from requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and/or egress for 3450 W. 26^th Street.

Section 2: This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
