SUBSTITUTE ORDINANCE A8U5

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all of the B3-1 Community Shopping District, Cl-1 Neighborhood Commercial District and Cl-1.5 Neighborhood Commercial District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 9-J and 9-K in the area bounded by

West Grace Street; the public alley next east of and parallel to North Cicero Avenue; West Patterson Avenue; North Cicero Avenue; a line 135 feet north of and parallel to West Patterson Avenue; and the public alley next west of and parallel to North Cicero Avenue,

to those of an B3-1 Community Shopping District.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and due publication.
