BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. That the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to establish and/or amend No Truck Parking Signs at the below listed locations:

WARD MISCELLEANEOUS:

30      N. Central Avenue; N. Central Avenue (east and west sides) from W. Fullerton Avenue

to W. Diversey Avenue; No Parking Of Trucks, All Times, All Days - (14-01772811) [02014-6771]

SECTION 2. and publication.

This ordinance shall take effect and be in force here in after its passage

Your Committee on Pedestrian and Traffic Safety, to which were referred proposed miscellaneous ordinance(s) to establish and/or amend No Truck Parking Restrictions on portions of sundry streets, begs leave to recommend that Your Honorable Body DO PASS the proposed substitute ordinance(s) submitted herewith.

This recommendation was concurred in by all members of the Committee present, with no dissenting votes.
