ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. The Chicago Zoning Ordinance, be amended by changing all of the RM-5, Residential Multi-Unit District and B3-3, Community Shopping Districts symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 8-D in the area bound by:

a line 50 feet south of and parallel to East Pershing Road; South Lake Park Avenue; a line 150 feet south of and parallel to East Pershing Road; and the alley next west of and parallel to South Lake Park Avenue,

to those of a POS-2, Parks and Open Space District

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be effective after its passage and publication.
