ORDINANCE AMENDMENT Acct. No. 63414 - 44 Permit No. 1105150

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

Section 1:

The ordinance passed by the City Council of the City of Chicago for STARBUCKS COFFEE #2310 on 04/10/2013, and printed upon page 51664 of the Journal of Proceedings of the City of Chicago is here by Amended by deleting the words "Said sidewalk cafe area #1 shall be twenty-four (24) feet in length and six (6) feet in width for a total of one hundred forty-four (144) square feet" and inserting in their place the words "Said sidewalk cafe area #1 shall be thirty-nine point five (39.5) feet in length and six point five (6.5) feet in width for a total of two hundred fifty-six point seven five (256.75) square feet"

Section 2:

This ordinance Amendment shall be in effect upon its passage.
