BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 10-20-430 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago,

the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt

4416-20 North Austin LLC, 4414-18 N. Austin, from the provisions

requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities for

Premise Address.
