ORDINANCE


BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:


SECTION 1. That the ordinances heretofore passed by the City Council establishing Residential Permit Parking Zones in the 23rd Ward in the area with the following boundaries:
7100-7134 W. 54th Street (north and south sides), between South Nottingham Avenue and South Neva Avenue — at all times - all days (Residential Permit Parking Zone 1777 or 1789)

Are hereby amended to:
7100-7131 W. 54th Street (north and south sides), between South Nottingham Avenue and South Neva Avenue — at all times - all days; include the following locations as Buffer Zones: 5359 S Neva Avenue, 5356 S Nottingham Avenue, and 5400 S Nottingham Avenue; (Residential Permit Parking Zone 30)

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and take effect upon passage and publication.
