ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of the City of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, be amended by changing all of the RS-3 Residential Single Unit (Detached House) District Symbols as shown on Map No. 8-H in the area bounded by:

a line 25 feet south of and parallel to West 34 Street; the public alley next east of and parallel to South Wood Street; a line 50 feet south of and parallel to West 34^th Street; and South Wood Street

to those of a RT-4 Residential Two-Flat, Townhouse and Multi-Unit District.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect after its passage and due publication.
