ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. That the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, be amended by changing all of the B3-2 Community Shopping District symbols and indications as show on Map No. 20-F in the area bound by

West 79^th Street; South Vincennes Avenue; a line 156 feet south of and parallel to West 79^th Street; and a line 115 feet west of South Vincennes Avenue as measured along the south line of West 79^th Street and perpendicular thereto,

to those of an RS-3 Residential Single Unit (Detached House) District.

SECTION 2: This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and due publication.
