RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, God in His Infinite wisdom has called LaVaune "Bonnie" DiCaro to her eternal reward; and

WHEREAS, The Chicago City Council has been informed of her passing by the Honorable Patrick D. Thompson, Alderman ofthe 11^th ward; and

WHEREAS, Bonnie DiCaro was born July 15,1935 to Carmen and Carmella (nee Biamonte) LaPapa. Loving mother of Camille, Bernadette, Kimberly (Thomas) Condito, and Toni (Scott) Mitchell. Adored Bubba of Richard (Gianna) Rogulich, William and Anthony (Stephanie) Pindozza, Brandon and Zachary Mitchell, and Thomas Condito; and

WHEREAS, Bonnie DiCaro, was great grandmother of Billy and Emma Pindozza, Josie Rogulich, Leo, Adeline, and Caroline Pindozza. Dear Sister of Richard, Michael (Bernadette), and the late Thomas LaPapa; fond niece, aunt, and cousin of many; lifelong friend of the late Caroline Markovich; and

WHEREAS, The kindness, empathy, humor, and hospitality of Bonnie DiCaro enhanced the lives of all fortunate enough to know her; now, therefore

BE IT RESOLVED, That we, the Mayor and the members of the City Council of the City of Chicago gathered here this 27th day of June, 2018, hereby express our sorrow on the death of Bonnie DiCaro and extend to her family and friends our deepest sympathy; and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a suitable copy be presented to the family of LaVaune "Bonnie" DiCaro. ^
