Dear Chairman Beale:
I am respectfully requesting a commissioner's authority letter to exempt Bart Przyjhemski/Noah Properties/3816-20 N Ashland LLC, property at 3816-20 N Ashland Ave. from being required to place barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities for this address. Please issue the letter once an ordinance to this effect is introduced to the City Council on February, 2013 So that any holds can be lifted on building permits.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 10-20-430 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Director of the Department of Revenue is hereby authorized and directed to exempt 3816-20 N Ashland LLC, 2853 N Pulaski # CS from requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities at their property at 3816-20 N Ashland Ave.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force upon its passage and publication.
