BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

Section 1:

The ordinance passed by the City Council of the City of Chicago for DREAM INC on 03/18/2015, and printed upon page 104077 of the Journal of Proceedings ofthe City of Chicago is here by Amended by deleting the words "4032 W Madison St" and inserting in their place the words "4042 W Madison St"

Section 2:

This ordinance Amendment shall be in effect upon its passage.
