EXEMPTION OF GREAT EXPECTATIONS ACADEMY FROM PHYSICAL BARRIER REQUIREMENT PERTAINING TO ALLEY ACCESSIBILITY FOR PROPERTY AT 4758 S. MARSHFIELD AVE.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to section 10-20-430 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt Great Expectations Academy from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities for 4758 S. Marshfield Ave., Chicago, IL 60609.
