ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1.  Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all ofthe RS3 Residential Single-Unit (Detached House) District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 3-G in the area bounded by

North Milwaukee Avenue; a line 72 feet southeast of the south line of West Thomas Street (as measured along the southwest line of North Milwaukee Avenue and perpendicular thereto); the public alley next southwest of and parallel to North Milwaukee Avenue; the public alley next east of and parallel to the public alley next east of and parallel to North Ashland Avenue; a northeasterly line starting at a point 63.85 feet south of the south line of West Thomas Street and ending at the south line of West Thomas Street and the southwest line of North Milwaukee Avenue,

to those of a Transportation District.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and due publication.
