BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO

SECTION 1. Pursuant to an Section 10-20-4^of the Municipal Code of the City of Chicago, The Commissioner of the Department of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt RV Meats, Inc. at 703 W. 47^th St. from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and /or egress to parking facilities for the premise address.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and take effect from and after its passage and publication.
