ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all ofthe RM-5, Residential Multi-Unit District and POS-2, Neighborhood Park, Mini-Park or Playlot District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 10-E in the area bounded by

a line 220 feet south of and parallel to East 43^rd Street; the alley next east of and parallel to South Calumet Avenue; a line 73.5 feet north of and parallel to East 44^th Street; South Calumet Avenue; East 44^th Street; the alley next west of and parallel to South Calumet Avenue; a line 73.5 feet north of and parallel to East 44^th Street; the alley next west of and parallel to South Calumet Avenue; a line 294 feet south of and parallel to East 43^rd Street; and South Calumet Avenue

to those of a POS-2, Neighborhood Park, Mini-Park or Playlot District

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and due publication.
