AMEND - LOADING ZONE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1.

Amend the ordinance passed on 3-10-04, page 19899 which reads E. Huron St. (ss) from the first alley east of N. Michigan Ave. tap 25' west thereof -10:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M., Loading Zone/Tow Away Zone (04-00159189) by striking 10:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M., Loading Zone and inserting Tow Away Zone, At All Times (Public Benefit) (42^nd Ward);

SECTION 2.

Repeal ordinance passed on 9-27-07, page 9592 which reads E. Walton St. (ns) fap 87' east of N. State St. tap 20' east thereof -12:00 P.M. to 4:00 A.M., Loading Zone/Tow Zone (07-00166651) (42^nd Ward);

SECTION 3.

This ordinance shall take effect and be in force here in after its passage and publication.
