BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CFIICAGO:

SECTION 1.  Section 10-20-430 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, the Director of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt:

3406 Sheffield, LLC, from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities for 3404-12 North Sheffield.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
