Chicago City Council Meeting March 5, 2014

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Section 10-20-430 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Director of Revenue is hereby authorized and directed to exempt:

Bank of America, N.A. located at 4671 West Irving Park Road, from the provisions requiring Barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities.

SECTION 2.     This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and Publication.
