ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1: Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is amended by changing all the Residential-Business Planned Development No. 675 symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 4-E in the area bounded by:
a line approximately 100 feet south of and parallel to the south right-of-way line of East Cullerton Street (or the line thereof extended where no street exists); the west right-of-way line of the Illinois Central Railroad; East Cermak Road; South Calumet Avenue;
a line 100.01 feet north of and parallel to the north right-of-way line of East Cermak Road; a line 187.73 feet west of and parallel to the west right-of-way line of South Calumet Avenue; East 21st Street; South Calumet Avenue
to those of Residential-Business Planned Development No. 675, as amended, which is hereby established in the area described, subject to such use and bulk regulations as are set forth in the attached Plan of Development.
SECTION 2: This ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and due publication.
