BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1: On behalf of the City of Chicago as Landlord, the Commissioner of the Department of Fleet and Facility Management is authorized to execute a Lease with The Wicker Park Bocce Club LLC, as Tenant, governing The Wicker Park Bocce Club LLC's use of a property located at 1944 West Crystal Street; such Lease to be approved as to form and legality by the Corporation Counsel in substantially the following form:

THIS LEASE is made and entered into this day of , 2013 (the
"Commencement Date") by and between, the CITY OF CHICAGO, an Illinois Municipal Corporation and Home Rule Unit of Government (the "Landlord" or "City"), and THE WICKER PARK BOCCE CLUB LLC, an Illinois Limited Liability Company (the "Tenant") (both parties are sometimes collectively referred to as the "Parties").
RECITALS
WHEREAS, Landlord is the owner of the property more commonly known as 1944 West Crystal Street, Chicago, Cook County, Illinois; and
WHEREAS, the property located at 1944 West Crystal Street is comprised of approximately 2,846 square feet of vacant land (the "Premises") and has no present municipal use; and
WHEREAS, Tenant is an organization that was formed to provide and promote public bocce ball participation in the greater Wicker Park neighborhood; and
WHEREAS, Landlord has agreed to lease to Tenant, and Tenant has agreed to lease from Landlord, approximately 2,846 square feet of vacant land located at 1944 West Crystal Street as legally described on Exhibit A attached heret...
