BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1: Pursuant to Section 3-12-050 ofthe Municipal Code ofChicago, the following persons are hereby entitled to a Fifty Dollar ($50.00)_ Senior Citizen Sewer Charge Refund for the premises listed below for the year 2016:
