ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. The Chicago Zoning Ordinance, be amended by changing all of the RS3, Residential Single-Unit (Detached House) District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 14-H in the area bound by:

the alley next north of and parallel West 63^rd St; a line 82.25 feet east of and parallel to South Paulina Street; West 63^rd Street; and, South Paulina Street,

to those of a B2-3, Neighborhood Mixed-Use District.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be effective after its passage and publication.
