(Loading Zone Amendment)

Committee on Traffic Control and Safety

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO

SECTION 1.     That an ordinance hereto passed by the City Council on June 30, 2010 (page 95,388), establishing a Loading Zone-Tow Zone, during specified hours on portions of designated streets be and the same is hereby amended by striking there from, the following:

"West Armitage Avenue (south side) from a point 220 feet west of North Seminary Avenue to a point 80 feet west thereof — no parking loading zone — 6:30 A.M. to 6:30 P.M. — Monday through Friday — tow-away zone (10-00710990).

And inserting in lieu thereof,

"West Armitage Avenue (south side) from a point 220 feet west of North Seminary Avenue to a point 80 feet west thereof — 15 minute standing zone — use flashing lights — tow-away zone after 15 minutes — 6:30 A.M. to 6:30 P.M. — Monday through Friday — tow-away zone (10-00710990).

SECTION 2.     This ordinance shall take effect and be in force upon its passage and publication.
