CITY COUNCIL MEETING DECEMBER 14, 2016

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1.                     Pursuant to Section 10-20-430 of the Municipal Code of Chicago,

Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt Leticia Astudillo Ramos of TEENY TINY WORLD, CORP. from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to 5660 West Grand Avenue, 1^st Floor.

SECTION 2.                     This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its

passage and publication.
