ORDINANCE

7310 North Rogers Avenue

Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 10-20-430 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, the Director of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt Holy Trinity Eritrean Orhtodox Tewahedo Church, 1650 West Foster Avenue, Chicago, IL 60640, from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities for 7310 North Rogers Avenue.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
