BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1.  Section 10-20-430 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Director of Revenue is hereby authorized and directed to exempt:

Full Circle Communities, Inc. 3060 North Milwaukee Avenue

from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities for premise(s) address.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and due publication.
