Be It Ordained by the City Council ofthe City of Chicago:
SECTION 1. Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to JOSEPH FREED AND ASSOCIATES, LLC, upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this ordinance to maintain and use, as now constructed, four (4) Fire Escape(s) projecting over the public right-of-way adjacent to its premises known as 36 S. Wabash St
Said Fire Escape(s) at S Wabash measure(s):
One (1) at seventy-five (75) feet in length, and six (6) feet in width for a total of four hundred fifty (450) square feet. Said Fire Escape(s) at Holden Court (Public Alley) measure(s):
One (1) at thirty-three point four one (33.41) feet in length, and six point five (6.5) feet in width for a total of two hundred seventeen point one seven (217.17) square feet.
Said Fire Escape(s) at Holden Court (Public Alley) measure(s):
One (1) at forty (40) feet in length, and six (6) feet in width for a total of two hundred forty (240) square feet. Said Fire Escape(s) at Holden Court (Public Alley) measure(s):
One (1) at thirty-seven point four one (37.41) feet in length, and six (6) feet in width for a total of two hundred twenty-four point four six (224.46) square feet.
The location of said privilege shall be as shown on prints kept on file with the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection and the Office of the City Clerk.
Said privilege shall be constructed in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Department of Transportation (Division of Project Development).
This grant of privilege in the public way shall be subject to the provisions of Section 10-28-015 and all other required provisions of the Municipal Code of Chicago.
The grantee shall pay to the City of Chicago as compensation for the privilege #1109695 herein granted the sum of one thousand six hundred ($1,600.00) per annum in advance.
