ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. That the Chicago Zoning Ordinance be amended by changing all ofthe C3-2, Commercial, Manufacturing and Employment District symbols and indications on Map Number 10-F in the area bounded by:

West 46th Street; the alley next east of and parallel to South Halsted Street; a line 399.75 feet south of and parallel to West 46th Street; and South Halsted Street

to those of a B3-2, Community Shopping District.

SECTION 2.  This ordinance shall be effective after its passage and publication.
