EXEMPTION OF WILSON PROPERTY MANAGEMENT FROM PHYSICAL BARRIER REQUIREMENT PERTAINING TO ALLEY ACCESSIBILITY FOR PROPERTY AT 6835 S SOUTH CHICAGO AVENUE

 

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

 

SECTION 1. Pursuant to section 10-20-430 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt Wilson Property Management from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities for 6835 S South Chicago Avenue, Chicago, IL, 60637.
