REPEAL THE ESTABLISHMENT OF LIMITATION OF PARKING PRIVILEGES.

Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Title 9, Chapter 64, Section 080 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the following is a proposed ordinance to repeal an ordinance passed September 10,1997 C.J.P. 51706 by striking the below.

Ward Location

44      N. Seminary Avenue, (east side) fap 20' south of

W. Belmont tap 25' South thereof - 15 min standing zone — unattended vehicles must have lights flashing, tow- away zone after 15 minutes 8am -8pm

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force hereinafter its passage and publication.
