SUBSTITUTE ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. That the Chicago Zoning Ordmance be amended by changing all tlie symbols and indications of Institutional Planned Development Number 1054 as shown on Map Number 4-G in the area bounded by:
West 21st Street: South Loomis Street; West Cermak Road: South Ashland Avenue; West 21 st Place; the alley immediately west of and parallel to closed South Blue Island Avenue; West 21st Street; Soudi Laflin Street; the alley next soudi of and parallel to West 21st Street: a line 265.71 feet west of and parallel to South Loomis Street; and West 21st Street,
To those of Institutional Planned Development Number 1054. As Amended, which is hereby established in the area above described, subject to such Use and Bulk Regulations as set forth in the Plan of Development herewith attached and made a part hereof and to no others.!
