BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

 

 

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 10-20-430 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt GW Touhy Western LLC from; the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and/or egress 7127 N; Western.

 

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force upon its passage and
publication.                     , '

Please be advised that I have no objections to granting an exemption to GW Touhy Western LLC for requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and/or egress to loading and parking facilities. An ordinance granting such alley access will be introduced at the July 21, 2021 Chicago City Council meeting.
