BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OE CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. Title 17, of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance he amended by changing all B3-5 Community Shopping District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 5-F in the area bounded by
a line 100 feet south of and parallel to West Menomonee Street as measured along the east line of North Wells Street; North Clark Street; a line 1.50 feet south of and parallel to West Menomonee Street as measured along the east line of North Wells Street; a line 118 feet east of and parallel to the east line of North Wells Street
to those of B3-5 Community Shopping District, and a corresponding use district is hereby established in the area above described.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and alter its passage and due publication.

The subject site is located at 1754 North Clark Street and contains a site area of approximately 5,545 square feet. Applicant has filed this application in order lo renew the Type 1 with no changes to the original plans.
