I have appointed Dr. Byron T. Brazier as a member of the Public Building Commission for a term effective immediately and expiring September 30, 2014, to complete the unexpired term of the late Bishop Arthur M. Brazier.

Your Committee on Buildings having had under consideration the appointment of Dr. Byron T. Brazier as a member of the Public Building Commission, for a term effective immediately and expiring September 30, 2014, to complete the unexpired term of the late Bishop Arthur M. Brazier (introduced directly into Committee on February 7, 2011), begs leave to recommend that your Honorable Body "DO PASS" the attached Appointment transmitted herewith.

This recommendation was concurred by the Committee Members of the Committee on Buildings with no dissenting votes.

SECTION 2. This reappointment shall be in full force and take effect from and after its passage and publication.
