CITY COUNCIL MEETING APRIL 13,2011

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO: Section 1:     Pursuant to action 10-20-430-of the Municipal Code of Chicago Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt Quickie Wheels LLC at 2447 S. Pulaski Road from requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and/or egress for 2447 S. Pulaski Road.

Section 2: This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
