ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OFTHE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Title 17 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all the Institutional Planned Development # 286 symbols and indications as shown on Map No 4-E in the area bounded by

a line 394.83 feet south of and parallel to East 18th Street; South Prairie Avenue; a line 404.83 south of and parallel to East 18th Street; and the alley next east of and parallel to South Prairie Avenue

to those of a DX-3, Downtown Mixed-Use District.
