BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
 
 
Section 1:
 
 
The ordinance passed by the City Council of the City of Chicago for CHA/SHIELDS APARTMENTS on 05/08/2013, and printed upon page 53047 of the Journal of Proceedings of the City of Chicago is here by Amended by deleting the words "four hundred ($400.00) per annum" and inserting in their place the words "zero ($0.00) per annum"
 
 
Section 2:
 
This ordinance Amendment shall be in effect upon its passage.

Re: An amended ordinance to use and maintain a portion of the public right-of-way for three (3) fence(s) for CHA/SHIELDS APARTMENTS, adjacent to the premises known as 344 W. 28th PL.
 
Dear Alderman James A. Balcer:
 
The applicant referenced above has requested the use of the public right-of-way for a fence(s). An ordinance has been prepared by the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection - Business Assistance Center - Public Way Use Unit for presentation to the City Council. Because this request was made for properties located in your ward, as approved by you as per the attached, I respectfully request that you introduce the attached ordinance at the next City Council meeting.
