SECTION 1. Permission and authority are hereby given and .granted to PANCHO PISTOLAS MEXICAN RESTAURANT, upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this ordinance to maintain and use,'as now constructed, three (3) Step(s) on the public right-of-way adjacent to its premises known as 700 W. 31st St-' >¦ i
Said Step(s) at W. 31st St & S. Union measure(s): 1 ::
One (1) at fifteen point six six (15.66) feet in length, and one point seven five (1.75) foot in width for a total of twenty-seven point four one (27.41) square feet.
Said Step(s) at W. 31st St measure(s):
One (1) at four point two five (4.25) feet in length, and one point seven five (1.75) foot in width for a total of seven point four four (7.44) square feet.
Said Step(s) at S. Union measure(s):
One (1) at four point three three (4.33) feet in length, and one point seven five (1.75) foot in width for a total of seven point five eight (7.58) square feet.
The location of said privilege shall be as shown on prints kept on file with the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection and the Office of the City Clerk.
Said privilege shall be constructed in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Department of Transportation (Division of Project Development).
This grant of privilege in the public way shall be subject to the provisions of Section 10-28-015 and all other required provisions of the Municipal Code of Chicago.
The grantee shall pay to the City of Chicago as compensation for the privilege #1111038 herein granted the sum of one thousand two hundred ($1,200.00) per annum in advance.
A 25% penalty will be added for payments received after due date.
