BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO: SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all of the RS3 Residential Single-Unit (Detached House) District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 13-1 in the area bounded by
West Farragut Avenue; North Washtenaw Avenue; West Foster Avenue; a line 155.79 feet west of and parallel to North Washtenaw Avenue; the public alley next north of and parallel to West Foster Avenue; a line 128.89 feet west of and parallel to North Washtenaw Avenue,
to those of an B2-3 Neighborhood Mixed-Use District.
SECTION 2. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is
hereby amended by changing all of the B2-3 Neighborhood Mixed-Use District symbols and
indications as shown on Map No. 13-1 in the area bounded by
West Farragut Avenue; North Washtenaw Avenue; West Foster Avenue; a line 155.79 feet west of and parallel to North Washtenaw Avenue; the public alley next north of and parallel to West Foster Avenue; a line 128.89 feet west of and parallel to North Washtenaw Avenue,
to those of a Planned Development Number , which is hereby established in the area
described above and subject to such use and bulk regulations set forth in the Plan of
Development attached hereto and to no others.
SECTION 3. This ordinance takes effect after its passage and due publication.
