CITYFRONT HOTEL ASSOCIATES LMT. PTN. Acct. No. 88382 -1 Permit No. 1119172
Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:
SECTION 1. Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to CITYFRONT HOTEL ASSOCIATES LMT. PTN., upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this ordinance to maintain and use, as now constructed, three (3) Loading Dock(s) truck berths (including any structures or appliances reasonably necessary to operate the same) adjacent to its premises known as 301 E. North Water Street. Existing loading docks truck berths occupy three (3) portions ofthe public way within the lower North Columbus Drive right-of-way consisting ofthe following dimensions:
Truck Berth (A) extend twenty-seven (27) feet in length from the east line of North Columbus Drive and is fifty-three (53) feet in width.
Truck Berth (B) extend twenty-six (26) feet in length from the east line of North Columbus Drive and is twenty-nine (29) feet in width.
Truck Berth © extend thirty-eight (38) feet min length from the east line of North Columbus Drive and is eleven (11) feet in width.
iPotal square footage that is occupied is two thousand six hundred three (2,603) square feet.
The location of said privilege shall be as shown on prints kept on file with the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection and the Office of the City Clerk.
Said privilege shall be constructed in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Department of Transportation (Division of Project Development).
This grant of privilege in the public way shall be subject to the provisions of Section 10-28-015 and all other required provisions ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago.
The grantee shall pay to the City of Chicago as compensation for the privilege #1119172 herein granted the sum of sixteen thousand four hundred thirty-five ($16,435.00) per annum in advance.
$ 25% penalty will be added for payments received after due date.
