BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

 

Section 1. Pursuant to Section 10-20-430 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt Cabanban Properties, LLC-Series 1616, an Illinois Limited Liability Company, 1616 West Glenlake, Chicago, Illinois 60654 from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and/or egress to a service drive and loading facilities at 1616-1626 West Glenlake, Chicago, Illinois 60660.
