AUTHORIZATION FOR EXEMPTION OF YAHYA TRADING CORP. FROM PHYSICAL BARRIER REQUIREMENT PERTAINING TO ALLEY ACCESSIBILITY FOR PARKING

FACILITIES AT 4976 N. ELSTON AVENUE

Be It Ordained by the City Council ofthe City of Chicago:

SECTION 1. Pursuantto Section 10-20-430 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt Yahya Trading Corp. from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities for 4976 N. Elston Avenue.
