ORDERED,   That the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to give consideration to the establishment of a residential permit parking zone (#636) on the 3700 block of West Roscoe Street (3700-3752) between North Hamlin Avenue and North Lawndale Avenue (both sides) during the hours of 6:00 pm to 7:00 am.
