ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. The Chicago Zoning Ordinance, be amended by changing all of PD 1112, Planned Development symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 2-F in the area bounded by:

West Monroe Street; South Jefferson Street; a line 198.83 feet south of and parallel to West Monroe Street; and South Desplaines Avenue,

to those of a DC-12, Downtown Core District.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be effective after its passage and publication.
