Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:
SECTION 1. Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to 65 E GOETHE CONDO ASSN, upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this ordinance to maintain and use, as now constructed, seven (7) Decorative Fence(s) on the public right-of-way for beautification purposes adjacent to its premises known as 65 E. Goethe St

One (1) at one hundred two point eight four (102.84) feet in length, and point five (.5) feet in width for a total of fifty-one point four two (51.42) square feet.
Said Decorative Fence(s) at W. Goethe Street measure(s):
One (1) at sixty-four point one eight (64.18) feet in length, and point five (.5) feet in width for a total of thirty-two point zero nine (32.09) square feet.
Said Decorative Fence(s) at E. Goethe Street measure(s):
