BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO: Section 1:

The ordinance passed by the City Council of the City of Chicago for BAR TAKITO LLC on 05/06/2015, and printed upon page 108628 ofthe Journal of Proceedings of the City of Chicago is here by Amended by deleting the words

"one(l) IBeam(s)

One (1)1 Beam(s) at nine (9) feet in length, and point five eight (.58) feet in width for a total of five point two two (5.22) square feet.

The sum of four hundred ($400.00) per annum in advance"

and inserting in their place the words

"five (5) I Beams

Five (5) I Beams each at nine (9) feet in length and point five eight (.58) feet in width for a total of two point nine zero (2.90) square feet.

The sum of two thousand ($2,000.00) per annum in advance" Section 2:

This ordinance Amendment shall be in effect upon its passage.
